Oren Dobronsky is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He initially gained prominence as the co-founder and CEO of Hotbar, a browser software company that reached twenty million users before its 2006 acquisition. Transitioning into early-stage venture capital, Dobronsky became a foundational backer of several successful technology startups, most notably serving as the first angel investor in the home remodeling platform Houzz. His broader investment portfolio includes strategic early stakes in prominent unicorns such as the payables automation company Tipalti and the trading platform eToro. Outside of traditional software ventures, he established Oren's Hummus, a popular chain of fast-casual Israeli restaurants operating across multiple Silicon Valley locations.
