Orlando Li is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Malama Health, a maternal health technology company based in Santa Clara, California. He established the startup in March 2022 alongside co-founders Mika Eddy and Daniela Bahamon Arango, subsequently leading the early-stage company through the Y Combinator accelerator program as part of the Summer 2022 cohort. Prior to his current entrepreneurial venture, Li spent exactly four years working as a Senior Software Engineer at Airbnb from July 2017 to July 2021, where he focused on developing the global platform's consumer experiences infrastructure. His technical foundation is supported by a Master of Science degree earned from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Li currently focuses on leveraging his software engineering background to build tech-enabled care solutions for high-risk perinatal conditions like gestational diabetes.
