Oscar Munoz

Oscar Munoz is a General Partner at L'ATTITUDE Ventures based in Jacksonville, United States. He joined the firm in early 2022 to manage its $100 million early-stage venture capital fund, which is backed by institutional investors including JPMorgan and Cisco. The firm maintains a portfolio of 35 companies, such as Hegel AI and LeafLink, exclusively targeting scalable businesses founded or led by Latino entrepreneurs. Before entering venture capital, Munoz served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of United Airlines and was President and Chief Operating Officer at CSX Corporation. He has also maintained extensive corporate governance experience, currently or previously serving on the boards of Bank of America, PepsiCo, Target, and CBRE Group. His career combines decades of Fortune 500 executive leadership with a current focus on directing institutional capital toward underrepresented Latino founders.
