Oscar Pierre

Oscar Pierre is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Glovo, an on-demand delivery and local services platform based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Prior to launching the consumer technology startup, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and earned aerospace and aeronautical engineering degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Under his leadership, Glovo scaled to serve tens of millions of users across dozens of countries and secured hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital funding. Following a 2022 strategic restructuring involving major investor Delivery Hero, Pierre guided the business through a transitional phase to prioritize operational efficiency and profitability within select high-value European markets. His current focus centers on integrating AI-driven personalization into mobile-first user experiences to optimize local services marketplaces and global on-demand logistics.
