Otto Frøseth

Otto Frøseth currently serves as an Investment Director at Investinor, where he directs venture capital funding toward software and deep tech companies operating in the critical scale-up stage. Before transitioning into the institutional venture capital industry, he built a substantial corporate career spanning more than 25 years in international executive leadership and direct operational management. The majority of this operational experience was acquired through strategic, CEO-level management positions at Siemens, where he specialized in navigating complex global markets and diverse business cultures. His foundational academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree earned from Sør-Trøndelag University College, which he later supplemented with advanced business coursework completed at the BI Norwegian Business School.
