Pablo Traub

Pablo Traub is the Managing Partner at Dux Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Mexico City, Mexico. He currently oversees more than $100 million in assets under management, having successfully closed the firm's $60 million Fund III in March 2024 to specifically target emerging artificial intelligence startups. Prior to his investment career, Traub was a serial entrepreneur who founded multiple technology ventures, including the fintech unicorn Kueski, which reached a valuation exceeding $700 million. The MIT Sloan School of Management graduate has completed over 50 angel investments and achieved more than 10 exits, maintaining notable advisory and investment involvement in regional technology companies such as Konfio and Clip. Traub leverages his entrepreneurial background to focus on scaling early-stage enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and financial technology companies across the Latin American market.
