Paras Maniar

Paras Maniar is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of Text.ai, an artificial intelligence startup based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Founded in 2024 alongside Prahar Patel and Rushi Shah, the company employs four people and focuses on group intelligence and agentic workflows, recently securing acceptance into the highly competitive Y Combinator Spring 2025 cohort. Before launching this innovative consumer technology application, Maniar successfully achieved three distinct company exits to venture capital, publicly traded, and private equity buyers. His earlier corporate career includes strategic and financial roles at global firms such as JPMorgan, McKinsey, Gannett, and USA Today, providing a multidisciplinary background in finance, consulting, and media. He holds a joint JD and MBA from Northwestern University and a BA from UC Berkeley, utilizing this extensive expertise to drive growth, strategy, and operations scaling.
