Pato Jutard

Patricio "Pato" Jutard is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Newtopia VC, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on developing the Latin American technology ecosystem. Previously, he served as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of MURAL, an online visual collaboration platform that achieved unicorn valuation status after raising more than $200 million. During his executive tenure, he helped scale the enterprise to over 650 employees across 25 countries, following his earlier entrepreneurial success of selling his video game company, ThreeMelons, to Disney. As an active angel investor, Jutard has personally backed more than 30 early-stage ventures, participating in a regional tech ecosystem that includes notable companies such as Auth0 and Satellogic. His current professional focus centers on providing institutional capital and strategic mentorship to emerging Latin American software founders who are targeting global markets.
