Patrick Finlay

Patrick Finlay is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Solidroad, an artificial intelligence startup currently based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2023, the company recently secured a $6.5 million seed round, joined the Y Combinator W25 cohort, and serves over 50 enterprise customers, including Crypto.com and Connecteam. Before establishing Solidroad, Finlay co-founded Monaru, a platform later rebranded as Unflow that enabled online creators to sell live classes and generate more than $100,000 each in revenue. Earlier in his professional career, he worked as a product engineer at Intercom and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, where he researched Ethereum smart contract dispute resolution. His current professional focus centers on developing and scaling AI-driven software solutions for hiring, employee training, and quality management within the broader technology sector.
