Paul De Sadeleer

Paul De Sadeleer is a Partner at Lightbird Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Zurich, Switzerland. Prior to joining Lightbird in 2021 to help deploy its inaugural 50 million Swiss franc fund, he spent nearly four years at Redalpine Venture Partners, serving as an Investment Manager for a firm with over $1 billion in assets under management. His earlier professional background includes working as a Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised multinational corporate clients on operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives. De Sadeleer holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich and completed additional academic coursework at Imperial College London. His current investment focus centers on backing early-stage founders across the European B2B software, digital health, and consumer technology sectors, guiding them from initial seed funding through subsequent growth phases.
