Paul Edgerley is a Senior Advisor to Bain Capital Private Equity and the Co-founder and Managing Director of VantEdge Partners LP, based in Boston, Massachusetts. He joined Bain Capital in 1988 and served as a Partner from 1990 to 2016, co-leading the firm's private equity business and overseeing its strategic expansion into the Asian market. During his tenure, he acted as co-head of the investment committee following five years as a consultant and manager across multiple sectors at Bain & Company. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company and earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, alongside a 1978 bachelor's degree from Kansas State University. Edgerley currently focuses his expertise on alternative asset management, family office investments, and international expansion strategy.
