Paul Hedrick is a General Partner at Calibrate VC based in San Francisco, California, where he focuses on early-stage technology investments. Before transitioning to venture capital, he worked in product and operations as an early employee at the human resources platform Rippling, following his graduation from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. At Calibrate VC, Hedrick has built a portfolio of more than 20 investments, backing notable software and infrastructure companies such as Replit, Supabase, and the artificial intelligence coding startup Cursor. In March 2025, he helped lead the firm to successfully raise $50 million for its second venture fund targeting seed and pre-seed stage startups.
