Paul Holland

Paul Holland is a General Partner at Foundation Capital based in Menlo Park, California, where he leads seed to Series B investments across North America. Before his current role, he served as Managing Partner at Relevance Capital, spent his early career at Mohr Davidow Ventures, and founded multiple technology startups after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Throughout his venture capital career, Holland has completed over fifty investments, achieving notable exits such as TubeMogul's 2016 acquisition by Adobe and Gainsight's 2020 acquisition by Vista Equity. His recent activity includes leading a 2024 investment in Honeycomb and joining the board of Bishop Fox in 2022, adding to a portfolio that features Harness and Snyk. He currently focuses on backing early-stage technology companies operating within the enterprise software, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and financial technology sectors.
