Paul Nolde

Paul Nolde is the Managing Director of 757 Collab and Executive Director of 757 Angels powered by VentureSouth, based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. He brings over two decades of experience in banking and venture capital, previously serving as Executive Managing Director of the Lighthouse Labs accelerator and Managing Director of the healthcare-focused Riverflow Growth Fund. Nolde also held the position of Director at the early-stage venture firm NRV and has served on the boards of CAV Angels and The Launch Place Seed Fund. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, where he also currently serves as an adjunct professor at the Batten School. His current professional focus centers on advancing Virginia's entrepreneurial ecosystem by overseeing regional incubators, early-stage venture capital, seed funding, and startup acceleration programs.
