Paul Yeh

Paul Yeh is the Founder and Managing Director at Conductive Ventures. Previously, he served as a Partner at Kleiner Perkins, where he acted as a board director or observer for prominent companies including Beyond Meat, DJI, and Amprius. Before entering venture capital, Yeh held the title of Director of Strategy and Business Development at Fisker Automotive, working directly alongside CEO Tom LaSorda, and served as Director of Marketing and Finance at Next Autoworks. His more than 20 years of professional experience also includes product development and operating positions at Tesla Motors, Ford Motor Company, and McKinsey and Company. At Conductive Ventures, his investment portfolio features startups such as Ambiq, Motive, and HireEZ, alongside successful exits from Desktop Metal and Sprinklr. Yeh currently focuses on backing early-stage technology and automotive companies with an emphasis on capital efficiency.
