Paul Zolfaghari

Paul Zolfaghari is the President of Saviynt, where he oversees corporate strategy and all functional operations for the identity security company. Before assuming this position, he served as a Managing Director at Carrick Capital Partners from 2017 to 2022, where he co-led the firm's initial 2017 investment in Saviynt and joined its board of directors. Previously, Zolfaghari spent more than a decade at MicroStrategy, culminating in his tenure as President from 2012 to 2016, managing operations across 30 countries and driving annual revenues exceeding $500 million. He also operated as the Chief Operating Officer of ParAccel between 2010 and 2012, helping build the foundational database technology that later powered Amazon Web Services' Redshift. His executive background centers on scaling enterprise software, data analytics, and SaaS organizations through strategic investments and global operational leadership.
