Paul Zurlo

Paul Zurlo is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer for Ventures and Crypto at Bain Capital. In this capacity, he directs the administrative strategy across compliance, finance, human resources, investor relations, legal, and marketing functions. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Mercer Outsourcing, where he managed a $750 million division focused on outsourced technology and benefit plan administration. His earlier executive experience includes serving as President of GoldK and Chief Financial Officer of MCK Communications, a Summit Partners portfolio company that he helped guide through its initial public offering. Zurlo began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School alongside a BA from Georgetown University. His professional background centers on scaling administrative leadership and operational frameworks for high-growth venture capital and technology firms.
