Paulina Hill is a Partner at Sanofi Ventures based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she invests in early-stage biotechnology and healthcare startups. Before joining Sanofi in 2022, she served as a Principal at Omega Funds and Polaris Partners, leading investments in life sciences companies. During her venture capital career, Hill has held board director or observer roles at more than a dozen companies, including Kala Pharmaceuticals, Lyra Therapeutics, and Scorpion Therapeutics. She previously served as the founding CEO of CAMP4 Therapeutics and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in chemical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology under Robert Langer. After earning a PhD in Molecular Medicine from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2009, she transitioned from scientific research to venture capital. Her current focus remains on financing and building early-stage pharmaceutical and molecular biology enterprises.
