At Fluffy, a specialized pet insurance provider backed by prominent startup accelerators Y Combinator and Techstars, he successfully scaled the digital platform to serve over 20,000 active retail customers. During this initial expansion phase, he also established critical operational partnerships with some of the largest traditional underwriters and insurers in the global market. Prior to his current entrepreneurial ventures, Gertsberg served as Head of Growth for various enterprise SaaS and insurtech organizations, where he was responsible for building comprehensive marketing, sales, and core product development functions.
