Payal Patel

Payal Patel is a Venture Partner at Antler and the Vice President of APAC Risk and Compliance and MLRO at Circle. Since January 2019, she has advised early-stage startups through Antler, while concurrently serving as an ASEAN Awards Committee Member for Women in Payments. Previously, Patel served as the Chief Compliance Officer for APAC at BitGo and founded P-Squared, a boutique financial crime compliance consultancy that was acquired by FINTRAIL. She subsequently operated as a Managing Director at FINTRAIL, building upon her earlier compliance and risk management experience at major financial institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Citi, and Standard Chartered Bank. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the London School of Economics in 2004. Patel currently focuses on guiding financial services companies through complex regulatory landscapes, financial crime prevention, and digital payments.
