Payam Vadi

Payam Vadi is a Vice President at FTV Capital, where he focuses on growth equity investments within the vertical software and financial technology sectors. Prior to this role, he served as a Vice President at Alkeon Capital Management, sourcing and executing investments across the financial services and enterprise software markets. Earlier in his career, Vadi worked as an Associate at TCV with a focus on payments, and began his professional trajectory as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies. While at Jefferies, he advised technology companies on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, and public equity transactions. He holds a Master of Finance from Claremont McKenna College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Vadi maintains a consistent focus on partnering with management teams to drive value creation across the enterprise software and fintech ecosystems.
