Peter Dorfner

Peter Dorfner is a Principal and Founding Partner at Green Generation Fund, a venture capital firm focused on sustainable food and climate technology. In his current capacity, he directs investments toward startups developing bio-based foods, alternative materials, and fungi-based innovations. Dorfner actively evaluates emerging food technologies, recently serving as a jury member for the ProVeg Incubator Demo Day at the NFC 2026 conference. He has also participated in industry events alongside representatives from Five Seasons Ventures and V3, including a 2024 panel on fundraising at the Unleashed Pet Tech Meet-Up in Paris. Additionally, he has provided industry commentary on strategic market consolidations, such as planetary's acquisition of a Spanish fungi pioneer.
