Peter Gokhshteyn

Peter Gokhshteyn is the CTO and Co-Founder of Tempo Labs, an early-stage technology company focused on developing specialized tools for software developers and designers. Prior to establishing his current venture, he built a strong technical foundation working as a software developer across several prominent technology corporations, including Google, Bloomberg, and Zynga. Following these corporate roles, Gokhshteyn transitioned into the startup ecosystem by joining Perpetua as the company's third overall employee. During his tenure there, he served as Head of Engineering and played a pivotal role in directing the technical strategy from the initial concept phase. He successfully guided the engineering department through critical growth stages, ultimately helping the business achieve product-market fit and secure a $150 million exit. Today, his professional focus remains centered on product engineering, building developer tools, and scaling early-stage technology companies.
