Peter H. Chapman

Peter Chapman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rosemoor Capital, an alternative investment firm based in the United States with operations in London. Before establishing Rosemoor in 2011, he founded CDK Group LLC in 2002 and subsequently sold CDK Investments Management LLC, a hedge fund of funds managing one billion eight hundred million dollars, to Brown Advisory in 2012. His four-decade financial career includes prior executive roles at CIBC Oppenheimer, Bessemer Trust, and CS First Boston, having initially started his career in bond research at Salomon Brothers under Henry Kaufman. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and serves as Chief Executive of Rosemoor Capital Limited. Chapman currently focuses on private company investments across alternative assets, cross-border digital payments, corporate supply chains, and virtual banking liquidity solutions within global emerging markets.
