Peter Hayes

Peter Hayes is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Humanloop, an AI application management platform backed by Index Ventures. Under his technical leadership, the company processed millions of daily LLM logs across thousands of AI products and completed 50 product releases in 2024. The platform currently supports over 50 different LLM models, has achieved more than 300 production deployments, and underwent four external penetration tests to ensure enterprise security. Before establishing Humanloop, Hayes co-founded Certua, a financial technology startup where he initially applied his technical expertise to enterprise software development. His academic credentials include a doctorate in deep learning from the UCL AI Centre and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Trinity. Hayes currently focuses on advancing machine learning engineering and developing robust infrastructure for the complete lifecycle management of AI applications.
