Peter Marculans is a Riga, Latvia-based venture capitalist currently serving as a Managing Partner at Overkill Ventures and a Venture Partner at Accelerace. In his primary role at Overkill Ventures, he oversees early-stage capital deployments ranging from $40,000 to $250,000, contributing to an active portfolio of 38 pre-seed startups that has already generated multiple successful portfolio company exits. Before transitioning into institutional venture capital, he founded a profitable technology startup during his undergraduate college years and subsequently held program management and deal sourcing positions at the global accelerator Techstars.
