Peter Segall

Peter Segall currently serves as a Managing Director at Insight Partners, based in the United States. In this capacity, he evaluates potential venture capital investments and serves as an executive coach and strategic mentor to the leadership teams of multiple portfolio companies. Before transitioning to the venture capital industry, he worked as a multi-time software chief executive officer, most notably serving as the CEO and President of HealthcareSource. During his tenure at HealthcareSource, which was previously an Insight Partners portfolio company, he specialized in delivering talent management software solutions to healthcare providers. His extensive operating background spans the enterprise software and services industries, with a particular emphasis on building innovative platforms and fostering positive corporate cultures. Segall currently focuses his investment efforts on scaling SaaS businesses specifically across the education, human capital management, and healthcare sectors.
