Peter Wagner

Peter Wagner is a Managing Partner at Coatue Management based in San Francisco, California, where he oversees growth equity investments in enterprise software and cloud infrastructure. Before joining Coatue, he spent fifteen years as a Managing Partner at Accel from 2003 to 2018, leading over fifty investments and managing billions of dollars in assets. His portfolio includes major public exits and high-valuation technology companies such as Atlassian, Snowflake, Databricks, and Rubrik, which completed its initial public offering in 2024. Wagner recently helped raise a $1 billion growth fund for Coatue in 2024 and led the firm's 2023 investment in AI infrastructure provider CoreWeave. Additionally, he holds an MBA as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School.
