Phil Boyer

Phil Boyer is a Partner at Crosslink Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. Before joining the investment team at Crosslink in 2014, he worked as a technology investment banker at RBC Capital Markets, where he executed more than fifteen mergers, acquisitions, and public equity offerings. He received his formal education by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. During his tenure as a venture investor, Boyer has directed capital into several prominent financial technology and enterprise software startups, including recognizable industry names like Chime, AutoFi, and Step. He currently serves on the board of directors for multiple portfolio companies, guiding their operational scaling and subsequent institutional fundraising rounds.
