Phil Libin

Phil Libin is the Founder and CEO of Airtime and a General Partner at the venture studio All Turtles, based in San Francisco, California. He previously served as the co-founder and CEO of Evernote from 2007 to 2015, successfully scaling the productivity software company to more than 225 million users and over $100 million in annual recurring revenue. Across his extensive entrepreneurial career, Libin has secured over $330 million in venture capital funding and held early roles at startups such as Engine Yard. Through the All Turtles studio, he incubates early-stage technology companies, recently supporting portfolio company Fabric in its $20 million Series A funding round in 2024. Today, his current professional focus centers on venture building and developing consumer technology applications at the intersection of artificial intelligence, productivity tools, and social media platforms.
