Philip Reynolds

Philip Reynolds is a Venture Partner at Anamcara Capital, where he directs pre-seed and seed investments into enterprise software companies. Prior to joining the venture capital firm in January 2023, he spent twelve years scaling technology solutions at Workday, culminating in his role as Vice President of Software Engineering from 2019 to 2021. Alongside his corporate tenure, he founded the B2B technology startup Contract Hound to address specific enterprise workflow needs. Reynolds further expanded his startup ecosystem involvement by serving as the NDRC Managing Director at Landingzone Ltd. between 2021 and 2022, advising emerging founders on software and product development. He previously completed his undergraduate degree at Dublin City University in 2003. Today, his primary focus remains on supporting early-stage European founders building vertical SaaS platforms across the healthcare, financial services, and artificial intelligence sectors.
