Philippe Kalaf is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Collabora and a Venture Partner at One Way Ventures, currently based in Montreal, Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and has actively founded and managed multiple technology and real estate companies since his teenage years. At Collabora, he directs a leading global open source consultancy that engineers software solutions for mobile devices, smart televisions, automotive systems, and enterprise infrastructure. Through his investment role at One Way Ventures, he leverages his extensive entrepreneurial background to serve as a dedicated business mentor, coach, and strategic advisor to early-stage technology startups. Ultimately, his professional focus centers on advancing open source technology adoption while directing investments toward emerging applications across the Internet of Things, augmented reality, and embedded device sectors.
