Pierre Lamond

Pierre Lamond is a Partner Emeritus and Investor at Eclipse Ventures based in Palo Alto, California. Prior to joining the Eclipse team in 2015, he spent nearly three decades as a Partner at Sequoia Capital from 1981 to 2009, followed by a five-year tenure as a General Partner at Khosla Ventures. Throughout his extensive investment career, Lamond has specialized in hardware and semiconductor startups, holding prominent board positions at established companies such as Cypress Semiconductor, Microchip, and SeaMicro, which was acquired by AMD.
