Porter Braswell

Porter Braswell is the Executive Chairman of Jopwell and the Founder of 2045 Studio, based in New York City. He co-founded Jopwell, a recruiting platform connecting underrepresented professionals with corporate roles, which has raised over $30 million in funding and established partnerships with major firms including Google and Salesforce. In the spring of 2023, he launched 2045 Studio to further support inclusive culture-building initiatives within corporate environments. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Braswell worked in operations and strategy at Bridgewater Associates and served as a consultant at Bain & Company after graduating from Stanford University. He authored the 2019 book "Unlocking Talent" and was recognized in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2022. His career focuses on developing technology platforms and advisory services that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the corporate sector.
