Prashant Malik

Prashant Malik is an Indian-American technologist, entrepreneur, and the Vice President of Technical Services at Strategy Engineering and Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, alongside a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical and industrial disciplines. Over a 30-year career, Malik has developed extensive global expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction across the energy, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. His background also spans financial services, where he oversees digital assets and distributed ledger technology initiatives, including an asset tokenization platform, at HSBC. Additionally, he is recognized for his contributions to big data infrastructure and his work with Shape Therapeutics, a biotechnology firm developing RNA-based therapies. Malik currently focuses on addressing complex engineering challenges by integrating advanced digital platforms, biotechnology innovations, and mechanical systems design.
