Prayank Swaroop

Prayank Swaroop is a Partner at Accel, where he focuses on early-stage technology investments from the venture capital firm's office in Bengaluru, India. In his current role, he sources and evaluates seed through Series B funding opportunities across the enterprise software, cybersecurity, and developer tools sectors. Swaroop has led investments and supported portfolio growth for several notable technology startups, including the compliance automation platform Drata and the cybersecurity firm Securden. Before joining the venture capital industry, he gained operational and technical experience working as an engineer and manager at major multinational corporations such as Adobe and Standard Chartered Bank. He holds higher education degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and the Indian School of Business. Swaroop currently leverages his corporate engineering background to identify and scale emerging enterprise technology platforms in the global market.
