Premysl Rubes

Premysl Rubes is the Founder and Managing Partner of Presto Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm he established in 2016. He holds scientific and engineering degrees from the Nuclear Sciences Faculty at CTU Prague and ENSTA ParisTech, which led to his early career as a Quantitative Analyst in Paris developing software applications for Air France and Amadeus. Rubes subsequently co-founded an independent IT company and gained institutional investment experience working at Rockaway Capital before launching his own fund with initial backing from a private family office. Through Presto Ventures, he co-founded and directed the firm's first investment into Yieldigo, an artificial intelligence pricing technology company. Today, his primary focus remains on leading early-stage venture investments, serving on portfolio company boards, and providing technical mentorship to startup founders across the European and United States markets.
