Prerna Sharma

Prerna Sharma is a Partner at Antler based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, where she leads early-stage investments and founder support across the region. In this capacity, she recently spearheaded the firm's $100 million India fundraise in March 2025 and directed capital into emerging companies like the climate technology startup Ekos. Before joining Antler in September 2023, Sharma served as a Principal at Blume Ventures, where she invested in over 30 startups and participated in notable portfolio exits including the unicorn Dunzo. Her earlier professional career includes deal advisory and investment roles at Omidyar Network India and KPMG, complemented by an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech from VIT Vellore. Having backed more than 50 companies throughout her career, Sharma currently focuses on scaling early-stage technology ventures across the fintech, SaaS, consumer, and deep tech sectors within emerging markets.
