Quinn Shean

Quinn Shean is a strategist and regulatory advisor at Tusk Venture Partners based in Chicago, United States. In this capacity, she provides strategic regulatory counsel to portfolio companies operating across the healthcare, technology, education, and food and beverage sectors. Shean serves as an advisor to the American Telemedicine Association and acts as Vice-Chair on the Uniform Law Commission’s Committee on Telehealth, frequently testifying before legislative bodies on healthcare policy. Her earlier career includes roles as a litigation associate at two international law firms and conducting public opinion research in Washington, D.C. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the Law Review, and an undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University. Shean currently focuses on developing regulatory strategies and stakeholder partnerships for companies navigating complex policy environments.
