Rachael Neumann

Rachael Neumann is the Co-founder and Partner at Flying Fox Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. At Flying Fox Ventures, she co-manages a portfolio of over 50 companies, providing capital to technology startups across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to launching her own fund, Neumann served as the Head of Startups for Australia and New Zealand at Amazon Web Services and worked as a Partner at the Startmate accelerator. Her corporate background includes tenures as the Managing Director of Eventbrite ANZ and a Case Team Leader at Bain and Company, alongside two federal government appointments distributing commercialization funding and a founding board position at LaunchVic, a state agency backed by a $60 million initial investment. Neumann currently focuses on deploying early-stage capital and scaling regional technology enterprises with global ambitions.
