Rae Dinh

Rae Dinh is a Partner at Initialized Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm managing over $500 million in assets, and is based in San Francisco, California. Before joining her current firm, she served as an investor at Coatue Management and held venture capital roles at Kleiner Perkins, alongside direct operational experience at the delivery startup Postmates. The Stanford University economics graduate has backed several prominent technology companies, including Substack, which reached a valuation exceeding $650 million, as well as AngelList and Ironclad. In early 2025, she led a seed investment in an artificial intelligence infrastructure startup and recently presented on early-stage funding trends at the TechCrunch Disrupt conference. Dinh currently focuses her investment strategy on evaluating and supporting seed and Series A founders across the artificial intelligence, consumer internet, financial technology, and developer tool sectors.
