Rafael Costa

Rafael Costa is the Co-founder and General Partner at Across Capital Partners, a growth equity firm investing in software businesses across the United States and Latin America. Previously, he served as a Partner at Summit Partners and as an Executive Director at Vulcan Capital, managing the growth fund for Microsoft co-founder Paul G. Allen. Costa began his career advising technology companies at UBS Investment Bank and holds a degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. With over a decade of experience, he targets investment sizes ranging from $100,000 to $5 million, holding board seats at Nelogica, Neon, and Loft. He has also been an active angel investor since 2013, backing regional startups like Creditas and Rappi. His current focus centers on providing capital and operational support to software and fintech companies bridging international markets.
