Raffaele Giovine

Raffaele Giovine is the Chairman of the luxury marketplace Italist and cofounder of the venture builder Plus9, currently based in California. He began his early career in management consulting at Bain and Company before launching new media initiatives for Fininvest and founding the mobile content provider Zero9, which he sold in 2008. Giovine later established the Milan accelerator Noosalab, where he funded and scaled startups including SosTariffe and Mybeautybox, leading to their respective acquisitions by MOL and RCS. As an active angel investor with over thirty years of global technology experience, his personal investment portfolio includes early stakes in prominent consumer platforms such as Canva, Credit Karma, and Intercom. His current focus centers on operating global luxury ecommerce marketplaces and utilizing his venture builder to accelerate European technology talent scaling within the broader United States market.
