Raghu Raghavan

Raghu Raghavan is currently a General Partner at Elevate Capital, an institutional venture capital fund based in Portland, Oregon. Prior to his venture capital career, he co-founded the marketing technology pioneer Responsys, which completed a NASDAQ initial public offering in 2011 before Oracle acquired the software business for $1.5 billion in 2013. Raghavan also founded and served as the chief executive officer of Act-On Software, scaling the enterprise from its inception into a multinational organization with physical offices across California, London, and India. Recognized as the 2015 Tech CEO of the Year by the Portland Business Journal, he currently holds active corporate board director positions at Act-On Software, RFPIO, and TiE Oregon. His current professional focus centers on providing early-stage venture capital and strategic executive mentorship to underrepresented technology founders, specifically including women and ethnic minorities.
