Ragnar Sass

Ragnar Sass is the Managing Partner of the Ragnar Sass Group and an active angel investor based in Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia. He previously served as the co-founder and CEO of Funderbeam from 2014 to 2020, scaling the global investment platform to secure over $10 million in funding and facilitate more than 100 million euros in total investments. An alumnus of Tallinn University of Technology, his broader ecosystem involvement includes connections to prominent regional technology companies such as Bolt, Pipedrive, and Wise. Sass has invested in over 50 early-stage technology startups and recently launched a new personal investment fund in the first quarter of 2025 to target Baltic deep tech ventures. His current professional focus centers on advising emerging artificial intelligence startups and providing pre-seed and seed capital to European financial technology and software-as-a-service enterprises.
