Rait Ojasaar

Rait Ojasaar is an Investment Partner at Change Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm providing €100,000 to €500,000 funding tickets to Baltic founders. Prior to his venture capital career, he founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of multiple technology startups, including nodeSWAT and Indilo Wireless, which was acquired by Mobi. He previously operated as the Managing Partner at Solon Partners, an angel investment and financial advisory firm, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the Estonian Business School. As an active mentor and advisor within the technology ecosystem, Ojasaar is an alumnus of the Techstars London and Springboard accelerator programs. His current investment focus centers on pre-seed, seed, and Series A technology startups with global scaling potential, specifically prioritizing entrepreneurs from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the Baltic diaspora.
