Raj Ganguly

Based in Los Angeles, USA, Raj Ganguly is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of B Capital Group, where he connects entrepreneurs with vital capital and support. Under his leadership over the past decade, the global investment firm has rapidly expanded to nine international locations and more than 100 employees, managing over $9 billion in total assets. Before establishing B Capital, he worked at Bain Capital, investing in technology companies across the United States and Asia while co-leading the firm's global technology initiative. His earlier career includes roles at McKinsey & Company, Diageo plc, and Miradiant, a startup acquired by J.P. Morgan, alongside an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual degrees from Wharton and Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. Today, Ganguly focuses on directing early and growth-stage investments into technology-driven companies across the Americas.
