Raj Singh

Raj Singh is the Managing Partner at Leo Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Singapore. In this role, he manages funds exceeding $100 million with a portfolio of over 20 companies, recently leading a $15 million investment round for an Indonesian fintech startup in March 2024. Prior to venture investing, Singh served as the CEO of MISHU, which was acquired by Zeni in 2023, and held the position of Group Chief Product and Technology Officer at SATS Ltd. His earlier career includes engineering and product leadership roles at Microsoft and Flipkart, complemented by an MBA from INSEAD and a computer science degree from Imperial College London. Singh currently focuses on early-stage investments across fintech, enterprise SaaS, logistics, and consumer technology, while preparing to launch a new fund targeting climate tech in 2026.
