Rajesh Chopra

Rajesh Chopra is the Chief Scientific Officer at Prologue Medicines, where he leads the advancement of the DELVE platform targeting immunology, oncology, and metabolic diseases. Prior to this role, he served as a Venture Partner and Head of Oncology at Apple Tree Partners from 2020 to 2025, during which he acted as the launch CEO for Aethon Therapeutics following its $30 million Series A financing. His extensive pharmaceutical and biotech experience includes serving as Chief Medical Officer at Marengo Therapeutics, Corporate Vice President of Translational Research at Celgene, and Medical Science Director at AstraZeneca. In academia, he directed the Cancer Research UK Cancer Therapeutics Unit at The Institute of Cancer Research and earned his medical and doctoral degrees from University College London. Chopra's career centers on oncology drug discovery, translational cancer research, and the development of targeted immunotherapies.
