Rajesh Devraj

Rajesh Devraj is a Venture Partner at Atlas Venture and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rectify Pharmaceuticals. With over 25 years of experience in the biotechnology sector, he has led research and development teams that progressed eight therapeutic candidates into clinical trials. Previously, he co-founded and served as Chief Scientific Officer of Disarm Therapeutics, which was acquired by Eli Lilly in 2020, and held the same title at Padlock Therapeutics prior to its 2016 acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb. His earlier career includes executive positions such as President and CEO of Euclises Pharmaceuticals, Senior Vice President at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, and 14 years in escalating roles at Pfizer Global Research and Development. Devraj currently focuses on building innovative biotechnology companies and advancing early clinical development for refractory cancers, autoimmune diseases, and other complex conditions.
